Mr. Li’s visit – a great success!

Following an extremely busy few weeks preparing for Mr. Li’s visit to the UK, we are delighted to announce that the Lishi training courses at the ALA Convention, the Reebok Arena in Bolton and here at UAP’s Head Office turned out to be a huge success.

We can’t begin to express how privileged we feel to have been given the opportunity to work with Mr. Li, who prior to this visit had never left China before. Having heard all about his reputation in China as a highly skilled locksmith engineer, it was fantastic to see him demonstrate the picking sequences for the tools which he has developed, and despite the language barrier, it was clear to all who attended his courses that he is an extremely skilled individual.

Mr. Li’s training courses this Saturday and Sunday (6th-7th November) at the ALA Convention were attended by many more people than expected. Unfortunately, our translator, Huiyi Pan, (who you will recognise as ‘the face of Lishi’) couldn’t get her visa on time for Mr. Li’s visit, but with help from the Tradelocks team Chris Pankhurst, Martin Pink, Richard Breslin and Kelvin Huang (who had also travelled from China for the event), the training courses ran smoothly. Watching Mr. Li demonstrate the picking sequences for his Lishi tools was highly informative and feedback was very positive from all who attended.

The ALA Convention also proved to be a fantastic networking opportunity for us at Tradelocks. With Lishi as the main sponsor, we had a crowded exhibition stand yet again, so thank you to all who visited us!

On Monday, a ‘Train the Trainer’ course took place here at UAP’s Head Office in Walshaw, Bury, where Lishi trainers came from overseas to meet the man behind the high quality auto locksmith tools. This was a hands on session and all who attended said they had found the course to be of great benefit to them. The evening was spent at the Teppanyaki restaurant in Manchester – take a look at the photos on our facebook page!

Our final Lishi Training courses took place on Tuesday at the Bolton Reebok Stadium, available to all non ALA members who missed out on Mr. Li’s training at the weekend. Again, the courses were very well attended and the question and answer session was beneficial to all trainees. Locksmiths who attended each training course walked away with a Lishi goody bag with free Lishi gifts, brochures and an informative Lishi training DVD including ‘How To’ guides for the Lishi Pick and Decoders.

We have added all photos from Mr. Li’s visit to our facebook page. Click here to have a look. These will be coming soon to www.uapcorporate.com.

Thanks again for all your support!
