Q. How do I sign up for a TradeLocks Account?

A. To sign up for a TradeLocks Account, simply click on “Sign Up” button at the top of the page.  This will take you to the relevant page and will ask you to enter your details. Once you have entered the required information click on “Sign Up” at the bottom. Once your application is approved, you will receive an email informing you that your Trade Account has been enabled, this can take up to 1-2 working days, but in most cases is done much sooner. You will then be able to log in and access your TradeLocks Account by entering your login information by clicking here.
 

Q. How do I view my trade prices?

A. In order to view your trade prices you need to be logged in to your TradeLocks Account. To do this, click the “Log in” button at the top of the page and enter your login details into the appropriate fields.Once you have signed in, all of the products will be displayed with your trade price.
 

Q. How do I view my account details?

A. To view your account details click on the Control Panel button at the top of the page. This is only visible if you are logged in. From here you can view and/or change your personal details, contact information, add or remove addresses from your address book, view your order history and loyalty points and manage your newsletter subscription.
 

Q. What is the Tradelocks Membership Scheme?

A. Each month, your membership level will be determined by your spend in the previous month, and this will be automatically re-assigned on a monthly basis! The higher your membership level, the bigger discount you will recieve across the whole range! To find out more, please click here.
 

Q. How do I use a promotional code?

A. Once you have added all of the required items into your basket click on “Basket” at the top of the page. This will take you to your basket. Check the items in the basket are correct and then select your choice of delivery method. Underneath the delivery options click “Use Promotional Code”. Enter the promotional code into this box and click the “Apply Code” button. The promotion will then be applied to your order and the total cost will be amended accordingly.

 

Q. How do I pay for my order?

A. Once you have added all of the required items into your basket click on “Basket” at the top of the page. This will take you to your basket. Check the items in the basket are correct and then select your choice of delivery method. If you have a promotional code or would like to redeem points on the order follow the appropriate steps and then select “Make Payment” underneath the Grand Total. You will then be asked to select the method of payment, select your desired method and click the “Continue” button and follow the steps below.

Pay with credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro)

You will be asked to select a type of card that you would like to use for payment. Click on the appropriate icon and then follow the steps until payment has been completed. Once your order is complete you will see an order confirmation page which will have a summary of your order and an estimated delivery time, an email acknowledging your order will also be sent to you.

Pay with PayPal

You will be taken to the PayPal payment screen. If you already have a PayPal account select “Have a PayPal account. You will be asked to log in, enter your email address and password to login. On the “Review your information” page check your order details, postal address and payment details are correct and click “Pay Now”. If you do not have a PayPal account you can pay as a guest by entering the required information into the appropriate fields and following the steps until payment has completed. Once your order is complete you will see an order confirmation page which will have a summary of your order and an estimated delivery time, an email acknowledging your order will also be sent to you.
 

Q. How do I opt-out of the newsletter emails?

A. You can opt-out easily by clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link at the footer of the email sent. You will be instantly removed from the newsletter list.
