With the end of the year fast approaching, we would like to take the time to thank all of our customers for their custom and support in 2020.
In advance of us closing our doors over the festive period, we would like to notify you of our opening hours and last pre-Christmas delivery date* of the year so you can plan accordingly.
Over the Christmas period, UAP Limited and all UAP-owned brands – including TradeLocks – are not offering next day delivery on products and average shipping times of in-stock products will take approximately 72 hours.
Monday 21st December 2020 is the last day for pre-Christmas delivery*, so if you need your order before the big day, please make sure it’s placed before cut off! The following Wednesday (23rd December) is the final day we’ll be shipping orders in 2020.
Our last working day of 2020 is Wednesday 23rd December. Our doors will re-open for business Monday 4th January 2020.
Do not worry; it is still business as usual online whilst our offices and warehouses are closed! Please note, that whilst you will still be able to place orders on our website, goods will not be processed or despatched until our doors reopen again in January 2021.
