At UAP TradeLocks we are constantly looking for ways to improve the quality of our products and services. We appreciate your business and want to make sure we exceed your expectations. It is for this reason that each year we carry out a customer survey, the results from this enable us to find out what we are doing well and what areas need improvement.
From the results of the customer survey last year we made numerous changes to help us to provide a better customer experience. We added a Frequently Asked Questions to the website and are currently in the process of updating the TradeLocks site to make it more user friendly.
As a direct result from the survey we have increased our presence across social media and have created instructional videos which are featured on our YouTube channel. From the comments we received about our packaging we have re-branded and redeveloped it.
