We’re ending the TradeLocks Rewards Scheme and making changes to TradeLocks Membership Levels.
The TradeLocks Rewards Scheme is Ending on 4 February 2021
We want to find the best way to reward you, which is why we have decided to end the TradeLocks Rewards scheme on Thursday 4 February. Why? So we can work on even better promotions and ways to reward our loyal customers.
Some changes to TradeLocks Rewards have already been implemented; as of Monday 4 January, loyalty points are no longer earned with orders and cannot be converted into new discount coupons.
Have existing loyalty coupons? Not to worry – these are valid until 12pm (GMT) Thursday 4 February 2021 – don’t lose them, use them!
Your loyalty coupons can be found by logging into the TradeLocks website > Account > Your Coupons.
Changes to TradeLocks Membership Levels
We’re stopping sending free monthly gifts with our Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Membership Levels – this change was also implemented on Monday 4 January.
Don’t worry, Membership Level discounts still remain the same: the higher your Membership Level, the bigger the discount you will receive across the TradeLocks website!
