Tradelocks: Lock Expo Review

It was nothing but deals and demonstrations from us at this year’s Lock Expo in Nottingham over the weekend!

Access Tools, Keyline Cutting Machines, KEYDIY, SuperVAG, Truecode Key Programming Kits and all things Genuine Lishi; we had an extremely busy weekend as we showcased all these products and more!

We wanted to give all those visiting the Expo plenty of reason to come and see us at stands B32-B36 and with demonstrations going on throughout the weekend and a host of offers available, we did not disappoint!

Visitors were given a first look at some of the newest products in our extensive catalogue – Access Tools! The collection of long reach tools, including the snap and lock base tool and the triple reach set, comprising 3 of the most popular long reach tools, were all readily available for auto locksmith professionals to check out and handle for themselves. There were fantastic deals on all of these tools as well as wedges and the euro opening set – all new at Tradelocks.

Locksmith professional Martin Pink was in attendance demonstrating the new VAG2015 10 Cut, 9 Cut and 8 Cut Lishi picks, and training locks were set up so visitors could practice and get to grips with the tools for themselves.

The first ever demonstration of the brand new ABS opening tool was a massive hit with those attending the Expo, as they got to see just how easily this innovative tool can break the ABS 3* Kitemarked cylinder. The tool which can get into an ABS cylinder in just minutes, and with little skill, is a semi-destructive opening device which works by undermining the locks dimple style keyway.

Our team was kept busy with even more demonstrations, this time of the KD900 -experts were showing the crowds exactly how this key remote generator works. The new ‘Car keys on Your Phone App’ which is exclusive to us, uses the KD900 and videos on the stand showcased how, once fitted by a locksmith, the app works. It allows a car owner to open their car doors using just their phone, if the keys have been locked inside.

As if all this was not enough,  we even had time to hand out our brand new technical journal ‘Cars, Keys & Locks’ giving technical advice to professionals, and locksmiths were able to sign up to the NNAL (National Network of Approved Locksmiths) Free of Charge.

If you missed us at stands B32-B36 or couldn’t make it down to this year’s Lock Expo than check out our website for all of our products and special offers: https://www.tradelocks.co.uk/
